Questions, answered
When do orders close?+
Orders close Friday at 3:00 PM for that weekend's pickup. When ordering is closed you can still browse, and the text list will let you know the moment the next drop opens.
Where and when do I pick up?+
Houston picks up on Saturdays. Beaumont picks up on Sundays at 3920 West Cardinal Drive. Choose your pickup city in your basket before checkout and we'll text you the exact spot and time when your order is ready.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?+
Best within 3 days in an airtight container — a 12-second warm-up brings them right back. They also freeze beautifully for up to a month.
What about allergies?+
Everything is baked in a home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts and peanuts. If you have a severe allergy, reach out before ordering and we'll talk it through.
